A yearly "Alay Lakad" commenced for the commemoration of his 119th birthday our late President Carlos Polestico Garcia was held on November 4, 2015 at Loy-a, San Agustin, Talibon, Bohol.
Many participants were participated including the LGU of Talibon, Talibon Water District, Social Security System, PhilHealth, Philippine National Police, DepEd, DILG, Landbank, DENR, PAO and other agencies and departments gathered.
This celebration initiated by our beloved Mayor Restituto Auxtero and the relatives of the celebrant.
